you is to give it fair chance for at least two years. We would hope that
your new website will be successful and you will make a ton of money. If you
are concerned that the website will not generate enough profits to cover the
ongoing £100 fees, you can set up a Google Adsense account, and place the
ads on your site (similar to the ads at the top of this page). When the site is receiving lots of visitors from the
search engines, this will generate some or all of the £100. If you wish to
terminate this informal arrangement, just tell us. We will offer the domain
and site to others. If the site becomes very successful and you are making
loads of money, we would like to share in your success. We would want to
renegotiate the fees to reflect your new wealth. After all, £100 per month
sounds a bit mean if you're making £100,000 a year profit from the website
we produced for you.
This is what you get for your money. Website Advertising
The initial £1000 covers the cost of developing your site. If any new photos or artwork are required, they will be charged at cost. The £100 per month covers the cost of hosting, tweaking the site as necessary, keeping an eye on it on the search engines and making minor changes as required. Once the initial development work is complete, any additional pages will incur a charge as will comprehensive price lists and similar things that need changing.

If you would like us to develop a new site for you, we will need lots of pictures and wording. We can use your supplier's brochures if they have appropriate material. You may need their permission, but they wouldn't normally stop you. You are after all, selling their products. We strongly advise you to have your picture on the website.
