terminate this informal arrangement, just tell us. We will offer the domain

The initial £1000 covers the cost of developing your site. If any new photos or artwork are required, they will be charged at cost. The £100 per month covers the cost of hosting, tweaking the site as necessary, keeping an eye on it on the search engines and making minor changes as required. Once the initial development work is complete, any additional pages will incur a charge as will comprehensive price lists and similar things that need changing.
